Access and retrieve PDF document templates available to your team. These documents may include structured input fields that can be filled by patients or staff, and are used in workflows such as assessments or intake processes.

API Versions​

  • v2.1: Includes input_fields metadata in the response, with positional and contextual details for each field.
  • Default: Returns only basic document metadata (without input fields).

Capabilities​

  • List all available documents with optional search by name.
  • Retrieve document details by unique identifier (UID).

Use the X-API-VERSION header to specify the version of the response structure you need.
